The Office is accountable to the President of the College. Some of the responsibilities of the Office:

• The Office Coordinate, facilitate and guide projects and community service works. 
• The office provides consulting services to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the College's Center of Excellence i.e. in engineering and technology fields. 
• The Office organizes public lectures and seminars on current issues and community concerns.
• Guide and support academic units in their effort to facilitate delivery of outreach and community engagement services in the areas of excellence of the departments.
• Each Graduate Program, Undergraduate Program and TVET Program has their own responsibility to support the Office.
